In 2001, PSI formed Centric Consulting, a separate business consulting organization, to serve the local marketplace.  The companies officially merged in 2004 and PSI now operates as the utility industry vertical within Centric Consulting, LLC.   Today the combined organization has over 250 consultants serving clients throughout the US, of which 50 have utility industry experience.
