Dave Rosevelt, CEO: Dave is a co-founder and CEO of PSI. He has 19 years of energy, utility, technology, business operations, and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to co-founding PSI, Dave was an executive in the utility practice at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). In 1999, Dave partnered with Eric Van Luven to form Practical Solutions, Inc. (PSI). Since then, he has successfully grown two professional services organizations, PSI and Centric Consulting, LLC. Dave holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Art Chwalek, Vice President:  Art is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the delivery of Information Technology solutions.  He began his career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and focused on the delivery of ERP solutions to the utility industry.  He served as Director of Corporate Information Systems at Dayton Power and Light Company and oversaw this utility’s Application Development, Computer Operations, Technical Support and Telecommunication departments.  He has also led consulting and customer services organizations within the software industry.  Art has a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.

Eric Van Luven, COO: Eric is a co-founder and COO of PSI. He has 16 years of energy, utility, technology, business operations and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to co-founding PSI, he was an executive in Andersen Consulting’s (Accenture's) utility practice. Eric’s exceptional combination of business acumen, project management, and hands-on technical expertise has been a driving force behind the rapid growth of PSI. Eric has a B.A. in Engineering from Dartmouth College.
